Complete Painting, Dustless Blasting and Surface Preparation
Dustless Blasting is a surface preparation process that uses a mixture of water, compressed air and recycled crushed glass. the recycled glass is free of crystalline silica, a classified human lung carcinogen, making it safe for the environment and the worker and/or people around the work-site.
A rust inhibitor is added to the water when blasting because many metals can “flash rust” if left exposed. This inhibitor is also environmentally friendly. This system can remove virtually any coating from any surface safely.
